Hi, I’m ceSar barRos

Also known as “Ceze”. I’m a dad, athlete, writer, entrepreneur, and Founder/Master Trainer at Ceze Fitness. Though I can help anyone achieve any fitness goal, my specialty lies in helping busy professionals burn fat and build muscle quickly without spending endless hours in the gym, grocery store, or kitchen. I created Ceze Fitness for one purpose only; to inspire personal transformation, enabling people to become fearless warriors of their own life, seizing everything they’ve ever wanted.

Where it all started

Cesar’s Origins

Growing up, I had always been athletic and fit.


However, it wasn't until my first heartbreak at the age of 16 that I took an interest in bodybuilding.


After my ex-girlfriend left me for someone who was older and more physically fit, I was determined to make her regret her decision.


I started working out in my parents' basement for hours every day after school.


Initially, my motivation was solely driven by revenge, but as I began to see actual results, my mindset began to shift.


I realized that this journey was more than just getting back at my ex; it was about pushing myself to my limits and becoming the best version of myself.


Over time, I became addicted to the feeling of accomplishment that came with every workout. Months later, my efforts paid off, and I became the talk of the school with my impressive physique.


However, the most significant victory for me was the healing that came with this journey. Through bodybuilding, I found a lifelong passion and a way to move on from my heartbreak.

Where it all started

The pandemic

When the Covid-19 lockdown hit, I was devastated. Not only did I lose the muscle I had worked so hard to build over the years, but I also gained 30 pounds. It was a dark time, and I felt like I was in a hopeless situation.


But when the restrictions were lifted, I decided to make a comeback. I knew it wouldn't be easy, but I was determined to get back into shape. I started hitting the gym, but with long work hours and lack of time for proper meal prepping, it was a difficult task.


To keep myself motivated, I decided to educate myself on body recomposition and learn as much as I could on the topic. As I became obsessed with my progress, I found myself feeling more empowered and in control than ever.


When I finally reached my goal and saw the transformation I had achieved, I was filled with pride and confidence. This inspired me to start a new venture - an online fitness coaching business - to help others reach their goals and transform their lives.


My journey during the pandemic had been a difficult one, but it had also opened up new opportunities and allowed me to take control of my health and wellbeing. Despite the struggles, I was proud of what I had accomplished and was excited to help others do the same.
